The scope of your role will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of a best practice model for supporting the central plant administrational requirements; monitoring and distribute the impact of the cost of the services provided to the plant department; prepare the weekly and monthly reporting requirements for the plant department; ensure that the key accounts within plant are reconciled; Check & Review weekly plant cost report for all Thiess major sites, Ensure that all costs journal debit & credit to plant are correct; work with site to and the Administration Specialist to standardize all site reports; Make sure all administrations & procedural issue are run and obeyed well in every Plant Department workplaces.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Degree in related Discipline – Accounting with minimum 2 year experiences working in finance, accounting and administration; familiar with plant costing system; having broad knowledge of JDE or other similar system. Specialist Training Crane

Residentially based in Balikpapan Support Facility and reporting to the Senior Supervisor Operation Support Training. You will train & assess TCI employees within mining and construction projects in all aspects of lifting equipment: mobile crane, forklift, crane truck, telehandler, elevated work platform and overhead crane training in order to achieve optimum safety best performance and maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and to ensure that TCI lifting equipment training requirements are being conducted in accordance with the TMS.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to provide lifting equipment training such as: mobile crane, crane truck, forklift, telehandler; elevated work platform and overhead crane training for Thiess personnel and apprentice in order to increase the productivity, maintenance and improve personnel’s capability, Including delivering effective theoretical training in accordance with Thiess standard; assist in the design of lifting equipment training material which is relevant to used competency standards; actively involved in maintain and monitor of training equipment used for training activities and provide report to superiors when noncompliance found; provide report and feedback of training activities to site supervision and TCI Training & Development supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between training & development and sites; provide accurate report based on training report participants data to T&D Admin training in order to assist in database improvement; provide result of lifting equipment training to site superintendent, site training coordinator and TCI Training & Development Supervisors and Manager.
To be successful in this role you need have min. Senior High School; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; Manpower Dept. Certificate in Mobile Crane Class 1, Overhead Crane, Forklift, Crane Truck and other lifting equipment would be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a mobile crane operator with Lifting equipment’s OHS Licence (SIO) class I including other lifting support equipment: crane truck, overhead crane, forklift, telehandler and elevated work platform. You should ready travel to site, self-confident; good communication skills (English & Bahasa) and communicative; hard worker, honest, and computer literate.
