Provide drill and blast planning service which guides the mining operation towards the long term & profitability ;Actively contribute to a positive teamwork engineering and environment at all times ;Communicate openly and honestly at all times ;Actively contribute to a positive teamwork engineering and environment at all times ;Prepared weekly plan and reconciliation drill and blast required ;Prepared drill and blast design to make good fragmentation and benching/sloping ;Prepared required of explosives, accessories and shoot plan ;Following SOP of drill and blast plan for topsoil area and safe blast.
Requirements:
MaleBachelor degree in Mining Engineering,Having minimum of 2 years’ experience in drill & blast, previous management and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:
Handle daily pit activity, planning the mine sequence, developing weekly mine plan, coordinating with drill & blast section;Coordinate with environmental staff to ensure environmental requirements are incorporated and in the mine design and schedule;Ensure designs are discussed with operation personnel and consensus is reached on design approach including provide daily plans/maps showing location and details of blasted areas or any other information required;Provide reports on mining performance, costs and schedules as often as required.
Requirements:
MaleApplicants should be at least S1 Graduated Mining Engineer or Geology,Having min. 3 years of working experience in large open cut mining & mine engineering; and “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy Department – preferred.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mining Engineering.Familiar with mine operation in practice;Understand mine operation works and use it to develop and / or review;Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, power point), Mincom and CAD (drawing);Having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, self motivation, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
