Responsibilities:

Providing safety analysis, trends and performance and communicate them to all sections in daily, weekly and monthly basis.Recording safety compliance data and ensure the systems and procedures applied meets the target and purposesRecording and filing all OHS inspection, audit, incident investigation and other reports as a part of OHS system compliance; improving system compliance which does not meet OHS target and purpose and communicate and control the improvement to all sections;Providing SBO and hazard report analysis, control and monitor the feedback or follow up actionReviewing risk assessment; reviewing JSEA or procedure with superintendents, project safety coordinator, safety coordinators and supervisors;Formulating the project safety training matrix and plan it to ensure that plan is implemented.Advising and assisting with the application of OHS&E Management Plan for the projectReviewing all investigation reports; assisting site management to identify safety-training requirements and work with Training Centre staff to develop packages

Requirements:

Tertiary education in health and safety with minimum 2 years in experience in related role at mining industryUnderstand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities, OHS Regulations, Statutory regulations, Understand TMS and KPC prima nirbhaya system, Familiar with Safety management at all levels, Focus on Risk ManagementComputer literateFluent in spoken and written EnglishHaving good communication skillsAble to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in  planning and organizing.

Officer Warehouse

Responsibilities:

Raising order request, expedite delivery of ordered goods, and perform administration job..Track and raise workshop purchase requisition in line with TCI Warehouse ProceduresCommunicate with Procurement / Logistic in both Jakarta and Balikpapan to confirm delivery of all goods;Monitor and control all outstanding purchase orders for Balikpapan Workshop & Warehouse; provide expediting reports on a daily basis in regards to all orders and their current status;Expediting delivery of ordered goodsManage the work order status for parts ordered to a work order; ensure these are accurate through regular reviewFollow the regular meeting with workshop; check and record all materials and goods received;Implement and manage a TMS approved filling system; Manage MSDS record for hazardous material.

Requirements:

A Diploma in any major, with Minimum 2 years’ experience in in Warehouse Operational.Having knowledge of administration functionsComputer literateCustomer Service OrientedHaving good communication skill, interaction internal/external parties,Diligent, team work, loyal, have capability working under pressure, independently and as a team,Having strong commitment and willingness, analytical & problem solving process.
